Cancellation Policy

All Visual FoxPro classes are normally conducted as scheduled. However, in the rare event that we cancel a class, all registered attendees will be notified and given the option to reschedule to another date or receive a full refund of the paid registration fee.

In the event a registered attendee needs to reschedule or cancel, please contact our VFP Instructor at our corporate office at (317) 508-5928 at least 5 business days prior to the first day of class. Since we frequently have potential attendee's on standby, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible. Late notifications are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, however no-shows will be responsible for full payment.
