1992-Present: President of LEAD Associates, Inc...a company providing education, training and consulting services for software development to a wide array of clients. The company name is an acronym for Learning Enhancement And Development. Our current focus is to help solution providers develop their skills in creating scalable, mission-critical applications that are easily deployed in the corporate enterprise and promote essential integration with the next generation internet.
1964-92: Provided engineering, management, and leadership services as an employee of General Motors Corp. at the Indianapolis Stamping Plant...a manufacturing facility supplying sheet metal products to Chevrolet and GMC assembly plants in North America.

Launched a successful new business venture to provide instructional services in the effective use of computer software to develop custom data-driven applications, and follow-up assistance to help participants apply what they learn in developing their own applications.
Provided leadership and administered all aspects of education and training programs for 3400 employees. Programs ranged from basic adult education to computer literacy and the effective use of computer software to improve productivity and job performance.
Developed and delivered training programs for management development...including problem solving, decision making and planning for the successful introduction of new product programs as well as new ways of operating the business.
